Drugs available are of highest quality and stored appropriately. All medications dispensed is cross checked by the doctor to ensure that the prescribed medication has been dispensed appropriately. Any concerns regarding the medications are promptly addressed by the customer care team. Important issues are brought to the knowledge of the doctor immediately for trouble shooting.
Medicines once sold shall not be taken back. Hence, we encourage patients to buy one-week medication only if it’s the first time they are taking the drugs. Then to buy the full-term medications later if there are no issues after consulting with the doctor.
